Work Experience: Daniel was born on the Ionian island of Zakynthos in Greece and grew up between Greece and England, so has characteristics from both cultures. Passionate about cooking from an early age, Daniel completed a 3-year diploma in cooking and has, over the last 5 years, gained a broad spectrum of experience in restaurants, including the Michelin starred L’autre Pied in London, ski chalets in Meribel and Morzine and, in the last year, on yachts.
